Events description
Come visit one of the crown jewels of the University of California Natural Reserve System, normally closed to the public. These are docent-led, interpretive hikes and while you will get some miles under your feet, they move at a naturalists’ pace. You will learn about flora, fauna, geology, history, and more as you immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of this beautiful landscape.
Our experienced docent guides lead multiple levels of hikes to accommodate a diversity of abilities from easy (less than 2 miles and 250 feet elevation change) to strenuous (4+ miles and 500+ feet elevation change). Interested in bringing your kids? Ask us about family hikes!
